New formulations of PTFE fluoropolymer coatings can be applied to wire and tubing. Advanced dip-coat technology provides extremely uniform thin-walled coatings (0.0002”). PTFE provides lubricity, chemical resistance, and insulating properties. Coatings can be selectively stripped without abrasive damage to the surface.
